We're on the hunt for a highly organised and proactive
Finance Assistant
to join our close-knit finance team. You'll take ownership of the
Purchase Ledger
, support supplier payments, and help ensure smooth financial operations using
Oracle Netsuite
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across departments, and delivering accurate results with impact.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work closely with our Finance Manager to:
Process and match purchase invoices to POs with precision and speed
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and missing receipts
Reconcile supplier statements, manage queries, and keep accounts current
Raise and process supplier payments via Oracle Netsuite
Manage credit card transactions and employee expenses
Help onboard new suppliers and maintain up-to-date records
Assist with credit control, sending statements and telephoning customers
Contribute ideas to improve financial systems and efficiency
Your Schedule
12-15 hours per week
spread over
3 weekdays
Choose to work
4 or 5 hours a day
Office hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (pick your hours to suit the role and your routine)

5+ years of book-keeping experience
