Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement

Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making

Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards

Work closely with external stakeholders (banks, auditors, and suppliers)

Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency

Collaborate with the leadership team to drive profitability and cost management across projects

What You'll Need to Succeed:



Proven experience of leading a finance team or similar role in the construction industry or similar sector

Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to build and mentor a finance team

Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills

In-depth knowledge of UK tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification preferred

Pay: 27,845.00-33,710.00 per year
