Job Description

We are looking for experienced, flexible and reliable Part Time Cleaning Operatives to come and join our team at a beautiful wedding venue in Ongar, Essex!

Shifts vary between 12pm-4pm, 12pm-2pm, and 2pm-4pm

1 - 3 flexible days per week, this will

include weekends

We do require a driver for this position due to its location and shift timings so please only apply if you drive and have access to your own vehicle

Responsibilities:
- To work within a small team of 2-3 cleaning operatives. Working alongside them to perform intense and thorough cleaning tasks ensuring you are following instructions and completing your designated area's to a high standard within the given time frame.
- Ensuring you follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment appropriately at all times as well as reporting any issues to management immediately
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness standards
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to clients and any visitors you may come across on site.

Skills:
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a small team of cleaners, ensuring all tasks are completed within limited time frames and to the expected standard
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Customer/Client service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanour

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21 per year
