About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Administrator to support our F&B and Kitchen operations. This part-time, hotel-based role (20 hours per week, flexible hours) is ideal for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Providing administrative support across the Food & Beverage and Kitchen departments.
Processing and recording invoices, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
Maintaining accurate records, data, and departmental files.
Assisting with stock, inventory, and cost reporting.
Preparing departmental reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Supporting scheduling, meeting arrangements, and internal communications.
Coordinating with procurement and vendors regarding supplies and orders.
Carrying out other reasonable administrative tasks as requested by management.
About You
Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Confident in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with figures.
Previous experience in hospitality or administration is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proactive, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
Flexible and willing to adapt to departmental needs.
What We Offer
Flexible part-time hours (20 hours per week) between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm with a minimum of three working days.
