Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or requests promptly and courteously. Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Support other restaurant staff as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards guest services and teamwork. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
