Must be available to work weekends - Saturdays & Sundays as well as Bank Holiday Mondays.

This a fixed term job from July to September to support with our busy season.

More hours will be available during school holidays, half terms and bank holidays. Ideal for students.

We are a fast-paced street food business located in the very popular event space, The Goods Yard, on Folkestone Harbour Arm. The Goods Yard at Folkestone Harbour Arm is fast becoming THE place to be in South East Kent for food & drink. We work very hard but it is incredibly fun!

What does the job involve?

Using our EPOS till system to take customer orders & payments Assisting with the preparation of food & drinks Assisting with the serving of food & drink to customers Restocking the drinks fridge Ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy Emptying and changing the bins Washing up Following Food Hygiene & safety procedures
What are we looking for? The successful candidate for this role will have:

Experience in a food preparation & service environment (preferable) Good customer service skills Good communication skills - written and verbal The ability to demonstrate great team work Ability to hard and under pressure.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
