We're currently revitalising our marketing and brand presence, and we're looking for a smart, hands-on
Marketing Assistant
to help implement our strategy, create content, and bring energy to our outreach.
The Role
Working closely with the founder, you'll help execute a lean but effective marketing plan. You'll be responsible for turning ideas and project case studies into engaging content across digital channels, refining our brand presentation, and ensuring a consistent stream of quality communications.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, draft and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Create engaging case study and services posts from technical material
Produce basic videos and reels using existing content and templates
Assist with the development and refinement of marketing emails (Mailchimp or similar)
Help coordinate a refreshed website intro video and other key assets
Maintain a content calendar and suggest ideas in line with our projects and seasonal topics
Support with brand voice, image curation, and audience engagement
Provide performance feedback and optimise post timings/formats
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Experience creating marketing content for a design, architecture, or technical business
Confident in producing social media posts, short videos/reels, and basic visual assets
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with a good eye for tone
Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Mailchimp (or equivalent)
Self-directed, proactive and comfortable working flexibly and remotely
Desirable:
Interest in sailing, yacht design, or marine industry
Experience in video editing and visual storytelling
Comfortable interpreting technical drawings or CAD visuals (Rhino/KeyShot familiarity is a bonus)
SEO, analytics, or CRM marketing experience
