Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
Serve food and beverages, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Handle cash transactions and process payments using basic math skills.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a front of house role.
Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
Culinary or kitchen experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with guests.
