Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous restaurant or catering experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards Provide attentive guest services, addressing any special requests or concerns promptly Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times Assist with food preparation and organisation in the front-of-house area as needed Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Manage table settings and ensure cleanliness throughout service periods Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Experience in serving, food preparation, or culinary roles is advantageous Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy periods Good communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
