SP Contracts are looking for a PART TIME Admininstration Assistant ( Monday to Friday 1pm-5pm ) You must be hard working and have a positive personality. The ideal person is someone who works off their own initiative, takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail. Excellent customer service skills required dealing with our clients on phones and emails. You need to be IT literate and be happy to make outgoing sales calls. Ideally some sales experience. Preferably Maths and English GCSE grade C qualified.
Role includes :-
Telephone work :- Inbound and outbound calls
Typing Quotations and Invoices
Updating spreadsheets on a weekly basis
Making payments to suppliers
Organising equipment hire and or skip hire
Job Type: PART TIME (1pm - 5pm)
