We're Hiring: Part-Time General Operative

Alyth, Perthshire | 12 per hour | Part-time (2-3 days per week, flexible) | Potential to progress to full-time

Big Cat Cleaning Equipment is continuing to grow, and we are seeking a Part-Time General Operative to support our busy workshop and field operations. This is a varied and practical role, well-suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work and contributing across different areas of the business. For the right candidate, there will be potential to progress into a full-time role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the servicing, repair, and fitting of cleaning equipment (pressure washers, scrubber dryers, sweepers, vacuums, etc.)

- Support equipment deliveries, collections, and installations across Scotland

- Prepare machines for sale or hire and assist with customer demonstrations-

General workshop, yard, and labouring duties to keep operations running smoothly

Candidate Profile:

Practical and adaptable with a positive "can-do" attitude Comfortable working across a mix of technical, sales, and manual tasks Full UK driving licence preferred Previous mechanical, engineering, or trade experience beneficial (training will be provided) Reliable, friendly, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
