Part Time Golf Club Assistant Chef

Weekday, Evening & Weekend work - 16 (minimum) Hours a week - Part Time

Are you fed up with long shifts and late nights? Then this could be the job for you!

We are looking for a self-motivated, all-rounder Assistant Chef to join our small friendly team here at Kingsdown.

Assisting in providing an everyday breakfast/lunch menu, daily specials, baked goods, society meals, Sunday roasts and cuisine evenings.

Our day-to-day opening hours vary seasonally, but are generally between 9am-7pm, with occasional evening functions.

Job Role

- Working under our Head Chef

- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices

- Help ensure the kitchen is compliant with Health & Safety regulations

- Uphold regular cleaning and kitchen maintenance schedules

- Training will be offered

- To carry out any other reasonable request made by management

What we are looking for

- Knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation

- Experience in working with fresh food in a busy environment

- Flexible and able to work on their own or within a team

- Ability learn and meet deadlines

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
