As a Briarcare carer, working closely with the manager, you will play a key role in providing the best levels of care to our clients.
You must be experienced and flexible and be keen to develop your care career with us.

Strong relationships based on trust and communication are really important to us. You will be working with a small number of clients, 2 or 3 at the most. This gives you the opportunity to build lovely relationships with the client and also with the family, making your role really rewarding and you will be proud to see the difference you are making.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our clients with personal care tasks if required.
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers if required.
- Support clients with medication reminders and administration if required.
- Help with meal preparation if required.
- Assist our clients with Home Help tasks.
- Engage in meaningful social interactions and be companionable.
- Monitor and report any changes in a client's physical or mental health to the Manager.
- Respect and uphold clients rights and confidentiality
- Collaborate with other senior leadership team to ensure comprehensive, effective care & support to our clients meeting & developing agreed care plan outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate, cheerful, kind and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Must Drive with own car.
Mileage and travel time paid at agreed rates.
