The Role - Part Time Night Porter

You will be the first point of contact for guests throughout the night to our Award Winning Hotel providing an efficient and courteous service at all times. A helpful and hardworking attitude is key.
You will be responsible for the safety and security of the building during the evening, required to assist guests with any enquiries as well as the preparation of the business for the following days' activities.

The role requires someone to be a keen self-motivator and the ability to be able to manage time effectively to complete all tasks.

Being able to multi-task and prioritise are key elements in any hospitality role and the Night Porter must embody this whilst keeping to their own high standards.

Duties will include the setting of function rooms, small amounts of bar work, check-in and check-out of guests and security of the building on an evening.

This is a part time position and the successful person will need to have a degree of flexibility in their working patterns.
