Shifts are 8am till 5pm 2 days per week, additional days to cover holiday, sickness. Alternating weekends
Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, the Hotel Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries effectively
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
