England Sports Club is seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Advisor
to join our friendly and growing team on a
self-employed, part-time basis
. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and supporting the people who make our programmes exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Conducting and submitting DBS applications, and maintaining accurate safeguarding and qualification records
Leading the onboarding process for new staff
Supporting the Quality Manager with coach performance review meetings
Issuing contracts and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
Tracking staff holidays, sickness and absence data
Conducting back-to-work interviews and monitoring timekeeping
Assisting with rota management
Updating and maintaining our HR platform (Breathe HR)
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, employment, and company policies
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in HR (essential)
Experienced in recruitment (preferred)
Highly organised and able to work independently
Detail-focused with strong administrative skills
Confident managing confidential and sensitive information
A clear communicator with a proactive attitude

Self-employed contractor
Part-time: 12-18 hours per week
, ideally across
3-4 days
