Job Advert: Junior Content Executive - Photo & Video

Location: Glasgow City Centre & West End
Type: Part-Time On Site
Hours: 16-20 Hours Per Week, Late Nights and Weekends Required

Are you a creative and passionate individual with a knack for capturing stunning visuals and creating engaging content through the mediums of photo & video? Our dynamic hospitality company in the heart of Glasgow City Centre is seeking a talented Junior Content Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photos and videos at various events within our venues, showcasing the vibrant atmosphere and key moments Create captivating and entertaining photo & video content that aligns with our brand guidelines for publication on all social media platforms Collaborate with the Creative & Content Manager and Marketing Manager to brainstorm and develop ideas for new and upcoming events Conduct general graphic design work using tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop (templates will be done for you) Stay updated on social media trends and popular culture, with an emphasis on generating engaging content for platforms like TikTok to enhance our brand visibility
Must-Haves: Please do not apply for this role if you do not have this experience

A minimum of 1 year photography and videography experience with a portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills in both areas Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Lightroom, Photoshop & Premier Pro or equivalent video editing software (CapCut is fine) Own essential gear, including a DSLR or mirrorless camera and lenses (additional equipment is a plus!) Flexibility to work late nights and most weekends, as these are peak times for our venues Access to a car or means of transport for late nights as public transport links will not be available
Helpful But Not Essential:

Previous experience within the hospitality industry and/or creating for hospitality based brands Experience with additional softwares such as After Affects & Illustrator Experience in general graphic design using Canva or similar tools, with examples of your work to showcase Proven experience in growing social media channels through Instagram & TikTok
