We're looking for a Part-Time Kitchen Assistant who is reliable, enthusiastic, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. Whether you've worked in kitchens before or are looking to get started in hospitality, this is a great opportunity to learn on the job and even progress towards a chef role.
Typical shifts will include evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment Support the chefs during busy service periods Follow all food hygiene, health, and safety regulations Work as part of a close knit kitchen team
Skills & Qualities Required:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is an advantage - but not essential A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work efficiently under pressure Good communication and team working skills A positive attitude and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
