Main Responsibilities - Learnabout Lead

Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the service. Ensure service users are engaged in enjoyable, meaningful, and inclusive activities throughout the day. Plan and coordinate activity programmes tailored to the individual needs and preferences of service users across all sites. Report directly to the Learnabout Coordinator, providing updates and feedback on service delivery and user engagement.
Brogdale CIC Learnabout provides a customised day service for adults with disabilities. Our dedicated and enthusiastic team spends time with our service users, helping them expand their knowledge and skills while having a lot of fun. We operate from both our center-based sites and within the community. We offer a wide range of activities to enhance life skills, such as cooking, woodwork, gardening, arts, crafts, and much more.

Expected hours: 19 per week (More hours will be available in the future for the right candidate)
