Duties
Assist lawyers in preparing conveyancing documents.
Maintain accurate records and files for ongoing cases.
Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines for legal professionals.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and maintaining communication.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Skills
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
Prior administrative experience in a legal environment is preferred but not mandatory.
