The Role:
We are looking for a
Part-Time Lettings Negotiator
to join our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for property and people, who thrives in a supportive and community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Registering new tenants and matching them to suitable properties
Conducting viewings and providing excellent customer service
Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process
Managing tenancy paperwork and compliance checks
Supporting the team with general office duties as needed
About You:
Previous experience in lettings or estate agency preferred (but not essential)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident, friendly, and customer-focused
Good local knowledge of the area
Full UK driving licence and own car preferred
