Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive

Studio Manager

to oversee daily operations at our hot yoga studio, to start asap. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a wellness-focused environment, values cleanliness and organization, and excels at supporting both staff and members.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations

Oversee day-to-day studio operations and ensure smooth class flow Maintain accurate bookings and member accounts using the Momence system Handle basic administrative tasks, reporting, and inventory management

Cleanliness & Safety

Ensure the studio is consistently clean, organized, and welcoming Oversee daily and deep cleaning of yoga rooms, bathrooms, showers, and common areas Maintain proper temperature, humidity, and ventilation standards Uphold hygiene and safety protocols for hot yoga environments

Staff Management

Support, schedule, and communicate with instructors and front desk staff Train new team members on systems, policies, and studio culture Lead by example and address staff concerns professionally Ensure reliable coverage during busy times and last-minute changes

Member Experience

Create a warm, inclusive, and professional environment for all members Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues calmly and efficiently Handle member feedback, concerns, and policy enforcement with care Build positive relationships with clients and foster community

Business Support

Monitor class attendance and studio performance Assist with promotions, events, and membership growth Help improve member retention and overall studio experience
Requirements

Previous management experience (fitness or wellness studio preferred) Strong knowledge of the Momence or Body Mind booking system Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, heated environment
