Join Our Team: Marketing & Social Media Assistant

We're looking for a creative, motivated Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join our friendly team in Altrincham.

In this role, you'll help us create content for our social channels (primarily Facebook and LinkedIn), while also supporting marketing activity around key awareness weeks, sharing real-life testimonials, and responding to relevant news stories.

We're after someone with a keen eye for content, a proactive attitude, and - most importantly - the ability to genuinely empathise with people facing financial challenges.

Duties

Create engaging content for our social media channels Facebook & LinkedIn Manage day-to-day scheduling and platform activity Support with marketing campaigns around awareness weeks, sharing testimonials and commenting on news where relevant Help maintain and update our website content Help us build relationships with key organisations and individuals across the debt management sector through targeted content and outreach Use tools like Canva to design eye-catching graphics and social posts Track social media analytics and learn what works best

What you'll already have

A natural talent for writing engaging posts Confidence using social media platforms professionally Familiarity with design tools like Canva A proactive mindset A can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in Bags of empathy
The position is to be filled at our Altrincham office and, initially, consists of 2 x 6hr days with core hours 10-2pm to be covered. (Ideally Tuesdays & Thursdays).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
