Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled PSV Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting clients efficiently and safely, ensuring timely service. This role requires a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of vehicle maintenance and road safety regulations. The Driver will play a vital part in maintaining our company's reputation for dependable service. We are one of the largest Community Transport Operators in Scotland providing charitable community transport solutions for the sector.

Duties

Supporting passengers with various additional support and mobility requirements

Ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers carried

Excellent communication skills with clients, parent, carers and staff

18 hours per week worked over 3 days Monday - Friday (additional hours may be available)

High level of cleanliness required

Experience

Supporting service users with additional supported needs including wheelchair users

Previous experience required in either a care setting or PSV work

Proven work record and checkable work history

No more than 6 points on your licence

Not barred from working with children or adults & able to undergo a PVG check

Polite "can do" flexible attitude

Confidentiality at all times

Can work on your own as well as part of a team

Category D1 Licence required
