Position: Part-Time Minute Taker Location: City of London Type: Part-Time (2-3 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend both virtual and in-person meetings, capturing accurate and concise minutes that encompass all discussions, decisions, and action items.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create focused meeting agendas and distribute them ahead of scheduled meetings.
  • Exercise professionalism and confidentiality as a neutral observer, translating discussions into well-structured meeting records.
  • Prepare polished and grammatically flawless minutes for various meetings, including executive board sessions and departmental dialogues.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading of minutes, finalising them for distribution to pertinent stakeholders.
  • Maintain an efficiently organised digital repository of meeting minutes and related materials, ensuring easy accessibility.
  • Assist in monitoring action items, tracking their progress, and ensuring timely closure.
  • Coordinate with various departments to schedule meetings, secure appropriate meeting spaces, and arrange necessary resources.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to streamline and enhance minute-taking processes.

The Successful Candidate:
