As a key part of our guest service team, you'll help ensure a safe, smooth, and welcoming environment for all overnight guests and suppliers.

The Role: Part Time Evening Night Porter

As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, safety, and cleanliness of the venue during overnight hours. You will be the primary point of contact for late-arriving guests and will assist with any overnight requests or issues.


Shifts vary from 8pm - 2am or 5pm - 2am, some evenings may finish earlier depending on the business. On average working one to two evenings a week and covering holiday.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the venue and grounds to ensure guest safety and security Liaise with the caterer and suppliers during the evening Assist with any bedroom issues and guest enquiries Maintain cleanliness in public areas Support event setups/breakdowns when required Handle any incidents or emergencies calmly and effectively Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless handover

About You:

Previous experience in a porter, concierge, or night shift role preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Calm under pressure and quick-thinking in emergencies Physically fit and able to carry out patrols and light lifting Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends and holidays
