Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment.
Responsibilities
Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Communicate effectively with children, parents and staff Support children in their social, emotional, and physical development through guidance and encouragement. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursery space, ensuring all areas are safe for children.
Qualifications
Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is desired but not necessary. A genuine love for working with young children and an understanding of their developmental needs. Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare would be an advantage.
