We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Support Assistant to support our team with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, excellent computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Office hours - Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm.
Duties
Main responsibilities will be acting as a support for our Support Desk and assist our engineers with their daily running.
Managing incoming request( Support log)
Maintaining help desk with the Support Manager and in their absence.
Accurate support for both internal employees and external customers.
Customer service skills ideal great telephone manners.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information
Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated smoothly
Provide general administrative support including photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies as needed
Assist the sales team with administration tasks.
Assist accounts team as an when needed.
Maintain a high standard of organisation within the office environment to facilitate efficient workflow
Skills
Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent typing speed with accuracy for document preparation and data management
Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Administrative experience that includes handling correspondence, scheduling, and filing systems
Ability to adapt quickly to new software or processes as required
