We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Payroll & Auto Enrolment Pension Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, varied environment.
What you'll be doing:
Data Management:
Process and manage incoming data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Attention to Detail:
Ensure that all payroll and pension-related processes are executed with precision and adherence to deadlines.
What we're looking for:
Exceptional Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients and providers in a professional manner.
Organised and Proactive:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure, while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Payroll Experience:
Previous experience in payroll administration is essential. Knowledge of auto-enrolment pensions is a plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
