Komatsu Mining Corp UK has the following opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join our team in our purpose-built test, design & service repair facility near Bolton.

As part of the Commercial team, you will process customer orders from telephone enquiries, contribute to the production of quotations for repairs, spare parts, and aftermarket services, undertake some basic costing and the preparation of quotations, whilst monitoring the progress of orders to completion, liaise with Engineering, Purchasing, Production and Sales departments to ensure that customer requirements are efficiently met against specification and delivery. Previous customer service experience is essential to the role, also, SAP conversant - Familiarity with SAP material data and metrics, and a full UK driving license would be preferred.

Core duties:



Processing customer quotations, sales orders, and invoicing

The management and maintenance of customer orders books

Completion of delivery documents

Liaising with procurement, making the necessary enquires on outstanding parts.

Administer sub-contract repairs which covers electronics, whilst including logistics, ensuring associated paperwork is updated correctly.

Dealing with customer enquires

Maintain a safe and practical working environment.

Support other areas of the business as directed by the organisation.
