Key Responsibilities:
Travel Coordination:Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order. Handle last-minute changes and cancellations efficiently. Raise POs for a defined group of Senior Leaders in the Company.

Expense Management:Process and track expense reports for your directors, ensuring compliance with company policies. Reconcile credit card statements and manage reimbursements. Maintain accurate records of all expenses

Administrative Support:Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Ability to meet deadlines and handle last-minute changes. Ability to navigate SAP and raise POs

Skills and knowledge required for this roleProven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organisational and people skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Flexibility and adaptability Discretion and tact Working knowledge of standard office, word processing, spreadsheet and other productivity software tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with travel booking and expense management software. Experience with SAP and PO raising Experience with facility management

To be successful in this role you must have:Provided 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, directly reporting to directors. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and any other similar tools and software. Have the capacity to be resourceful and flexible in a rapidly changing environment. Proactive and solutions-oriented with an anticipatory need, taking the initiative. Integrity in maintaining confidentiality. High organisational and time management skills and ability to multitask under pressure
