Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Pharmacy Dispenser to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will assist in dispensing medications accurately, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the pharmacy team in daily operations.

Responsibilities

Dispense prescribed medications accurately in accordance with pharmacy protocols Assist customers with their queries and provide professional advice under supervision Prepare and label medication containers with precision and attention to detail Maintain organised records of dispensed medications and inventory levels Support the pharmacy team in stock management, including ordering and receiving supplies Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and confidentiality standards Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the pharmacy

Skills

Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and dispensing procedures (training will be provided if necessary) Good numeracy skills for handling prescriptions and inventory management Prior experience in a pharmacy setting and certification is required
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
