We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Duties
Must
be familiar using Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll
Preparing accounts to Trial Balance level
Prepare monthly financial reports
Preparing customer invoices and sending via email
Process monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll and uploading pension information
Process supplier invoices and payments
Bank reconciliations
Process VAT returns
Knowledge of working with Property Management would be an advantage but not necessary
Be organised, enthusiastic, have good time-management skills
Have excellent written and spoken skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.

Pay: 24,960.00-34,939.59 per year
