Part time Qualified Early years Practitioners
We are looking for a part time qualified to level 3 early years practitioner. You will work 26 hours per week Monday to Friday , 12pm -6pm x 3 days, 12pm-4pm x 2 days. We are open 50 weeks per year and you have 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. There are additional hours if needed to cover staff absences and busy periods.
You must be confident in what you do, be a good team player, able to use initiative and be a good communicator. You will be a key person so will be responsible for meeting the needs of the children, planning their next steps in learning, and feeding back to the parents about their day at nursery. You will work as part of a team to provide resources and activities for all the children. We are working with in the moment planning and following the children's interests and next steps so being creative and being able to think on the spot is an advantage. Knowledge of EYFS is an advantage
The successful candidate will need to have 2 references, full and relevant childcare qualifications at level 3, and be willing to complete a dbs. Training is available as we offer first aid, safeguarding and many more.
