We're hiring a Part Time Receptionist

Location: Milton Keynes, MK17 8LX

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Hours: 20 hours per week - 08:00 to 12:00

In addition - for 5 weeks in the year you will need to be available to work full-time to cover the Building Manager during their annual leave. We will also need you to commit to supporting 2 large annual events which can run into the evening (you will be paid overtime).

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional professional customer service, ensuring all staff and visitor concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Handle telephone enquiries in line with our guidelines and customer requirements. Manage the booking process for on-site meeting rooms, catering and refreshment needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently. Visit supermarkets and outlets when required. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Building Manager.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who sees a different world--someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. It is essential, you have:

The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history. Full UK Driving license (issued prior to 1997 and/or have Category D1 listed) Exceptional customer service skills. Impeccable communication skills in English--proficient in both written and spoken English. Proven experience in Front of House and Reception duties. Confident in driving an 8-seater minibus (you will be required to visit supermarkets, outlets and other, as requested by the building Manager).
