Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
Handle scheduling and appointment management for staff members.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Support administrative functions including clerical duties and correspondence.
Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to perform clerical tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Competent in data entry with a focus on efficiency.
Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative support roles.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
