We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and proficient in a diverse range of office tasks and reception duties.
Responsibilities Include:-
Greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a warm and professional manner
Managing incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records and supplies
Dealing with customer enquiries, outlining costs and confirming/arranging appointments
Raising job sheets and invoices
Issuing quotations and certificates
Completing client questionnaires and issuing with correct documentation
Compiling and issuing RAMS and O&M Manuals
Participating in office meetings and taking accurate minutes
Maintaining records of company owned/hired plant
Arranging for any updates to company website
Regularly posting on social media
Experience and Skills:-
Previous experience in a receptionist/administrative role is essential
Strong administrative capabilities and time management skills to effectively handle various tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional organisational abilities to ensure smooth office operations
Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Excellent phone etiquette
Clear and concise communication
Proficient in using various software applications including Excel, Sage and Adobe
Able to prioritise a variable workload and work independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.68-13.00 per hour
