```Duties```
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Must be able to work evenings including weekends. Role is for up to 12 hours per week - must be flexible as days are not fixed and will differ from week to week.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Clear tables and clean dining area after guests leave
- Handle cash and process payments accurately

-Cleaning of stations and restaurant before and after guests leave

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

1. Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience for guests.
2. Upselling: Promote menu items and specials to increase sales.
3. Culinary Knowledge: Understand the menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions accurately.
4. Food Preparation: Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
5. Basic Math Skills: Calculate bills, handle cash transactions, and make change accurately.
6. Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks while ensuring prompt service.
7. Hospitality: Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor towards guests.
8. Kitchen Coordination: Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
