Location: Northampton

Salary from 23,879 per Annum, pro rata

Part Time 22.5 hours per week

About the Role:

As a Retail Assistant you will fulfil the day-to-day tasks and activities across our on-site cafe's providing excellent customer service and product knowledge across the different outlets.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

Excellent Customer service skills A knowledge of retail with demonstrative experience Excellent listening , communication and people skills (both written and verbal) Able to organise self and others Ability to work independently without close supervision Good planning skills and ability to work to specified timescales Able to work under pressure and manage priorities appropriately
