The Role
We are looking for a part-time Sales Admin / Reception / Accounts Support Assistant to join our busy office. This varied role involves supporting the sales team, managing reception duties, and assisting with basic accounts and banking tasks.
This role would particularly suit someone local to the Clay Cross area who is looking for part-time work without a long commute.
Key Responsibilities
Admin support for the sales team
Answering phones and greeting customers at reception
Assisting with invoicing, filing, and basic accounts work
Recording payments and preparing banking deposits
Maintaining records and handling paperwork accurately
Helping with day-to-day office duties as needed
Requirements
Previous
vehicle sales admin experience is essential
Some experience with accounts or bookkeeping preferred
Comfortable handling banking duties and financial records
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Friendly and professional manner
