We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities



Be a central point of contact for your colleagues, communicating constantly and relaying information accurately and in a timely manner . Work closely with the sales team to process customers' vehicle orders, ensuring vehicles are ordered exactly to customer requirements. Complete pre-delivery related tasks eg. vehicle registration, taxing vehicles, collating paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Provide administrative support to the sales team, keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that might arise. Liaise between in-house departments, including after sales, ensuring completion of invoicing and to ensure records are accurate and up to date. Manage stock, keeping records complete and up to date for new, used and fleet sales. Provide appropriate data for centre financial reporting and customer relationship management. Work across teams, engaging with sales colleagues and other members of the dealership as appropriate, helping to provide a seamless service to customers

Qualifications



Proven experience in sales administration or an administrative role is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with CRM software is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good IT skills including familiarity with computer systems and software applications relevant to sales support. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Pay: 14,285.70-16,224.00 per year
