Overview:

It's the right period to join the Missoni. We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Part Time Sales Associates for our Missoni Boutique in Bicester Village. This will be 32hrs per week, 4 days of 8 hr shifts, will include weekend days. Flexibility is a must for this position.

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Brand Values and Company Culture Have passion and pride for the brand and products. Show high customer service standards Achieve individual sales goals, in line with given monthly and annual targets Maintain store and visual merchandising standards Welcome and greet customers. Ascertain customers needs and wants. Build up a personal client base. Keep up to date with product information. Be expected to open and close the store when required.
Qualifications:
Proven working experience in retail sales. Customer service focus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly,helpful,confident. * An interest in fashion and the brand.
