Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide attentive assistance to meet their needs Offer detailed product information and recommend suitable options based on customer preferences Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store displays are attractive and organised Restock shelves and manage stock levels efficiently Handle customer enquiries both in person and via telephone or email Support with inventory management, including stocktaking and recording discrepancies Assist in organising promotional events or product launches when required Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the store environment

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team A positive attitude with a keen interest in sales and customer satisfaction Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock counts
