Purpose of the Role



The

Lead Operator/ Sales Manager

is responsible for driving performance within the appointment-setting function, ensuring high-quality client engagement and consistent delivery of booked appointments. Acting as both a top performer and motivator, the Lead Operator sets the pace for the team, provides live coaching, and ensures all operational and CRM processes are completed accurately within each shift.

This position is ideal for a high-performing individual with proven ability in appointment booking, lead management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities Start-Up



Open and prepare the workspace for the day. Review previous shift's performance, appointments, and outcomes. Check Google Sheets, Outlook, and CRM for pending or unaccepted appointment requests; re-engage or resolve as needed. Review allocated leads and request updated data if required (no sourcing responsibility). Ensure all call data and lead sheets are accurate and ready before team arrival.

Team Leadership & Coordination



Lead

morning huddles

to align the team on targets, strategy, and focus areas. Share best practices, top-performing pitches, and key learnings. Motivate the team and set a high-performance tone. Conduct

afternoon huddles

to review progress, share wins, and refocus the team for the final part of the shift.

Core Appointment Operations



Actively book high-quality appointments during core hours. Demonstrate top-tier performance, setting the pace for the team. Monitor booking accuracy and ensure all appointments are logged with corresponding direct mail. Identify and follow up on unaccepted appointments quickly. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve team effectiveness. Ensure CRM is consistently updated with accurate appointment data.

Administrative Duties



Track and maintain "prize" or incentive performance records. Ensure following ups and all administrative tasks are completed before end of shift. Highlight any lead or data requirements for upcoming shifts. Prepare and finalize all email before leaving for the day. Ensure all appointments booked are accepted, logged, and verified in CRM. Record key insights, strong pitches, and lessons learned for future improvement.

Key Competencies



Proven experience in appointment booking, telesales, or outbound lead generation. Strong leadership and communication skills. High attention to detail and excellent organizational habits. Motivational team player with ability to perform under pressure. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Google Suite. Strong initiative with ability to self-manage and drive team outcomes.

Performance Indicators



Number and quality of booked appointments. Appointment acceptance rate. Team performance consistency and engagement. Accuracy of CRM and data tracking. Contribution to team morale and best-practice sharing.

Pay: 19,357.84-34,437.62 per year
