Hours:

3 days per week in the office: 2 weekdays plus every other Saturday Weekdays: 9:00am - 5:30pm Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm

Salary - Dependant on experience (pro rata)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and personable Part-Time Sales Negotiator to join our Macclesfield office. This role is ideal for someone with proven sales experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.

You will be assisting with the day to day running of the office and supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring excellent service for both buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales chasing and progressing agreed sales through to completion Providing feedback to vendors after viewings Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries Assisting with general day to day office administration Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system Supporting the wider team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

Previous experience in a sales role (property) Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident, professional, and customer-focused manner Organised with good attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for viewings)
