Part Time Sales Negotiator
Job Description
A part time sales negotiator working 1 day a week on average, more for holiday/sickness cover and alternate Saturdays. Based in a character office in the town centre. You will need to be an effective and articulate communicator with a passion for property and for sales. The work includes 'tele-sales' to prospective home buyers, but no cold calling. You will show people around houses and will need to comply with current regulations. Must be reliable and flexible. Car owner and driver.
