You will also be expected to maintain detailed and accurate incident reports, assist with emergency procedures, and provide excellent customer service to everyone on site.
The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, good judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, but not required. All applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to stand or walk for extended periods, and willing to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A valid security license and a clean background check are mandatory for employment.
