Part Time Senior Care Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a flexible Senior Care Assistant required at a leading residential dementia care home in Bexhill-on-Sea, providing care to individuals with dementia and other age-related conditions.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual who have a friendly disposition and a warm heart to join our friendly, professional team. You must be reliable, committed to helping others, and willing to find ways to make our residents' lives comfortable, interesting and fun.

You will be required to:
Lead shifts and organise the care team on a day to day basis.
Provide support to the management team.
Assist with performing audits.
Provide personal care to each resident in accordance with their care plan.
Compile care plans and perform reviews on them.
Liaise with relatives and other medical professionals.
Work in a person centred way, ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality at all times.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents, staff members and visitors.
Be able to think outside of the box.
