We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, demonstrating proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent customer service skills to ensure the successful completion of projects and maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment related to trade work.
Read and interpret schematics to execute tasks accurately.
Supervise and lead team members on various projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools are accounted for and stored properly.
Experience
Proficient in English with strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Demonstrated experience in supervising teams or projects within a trades environment.
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on electrical systems is essential.
Previous experience in customer service roles will be beneficial for client interactions.
