Job Opportunity: Part-Time/Event Bar Staff (30 Hours/Week)
We are seeking enthusiastic Part-Time/Event Bar Staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences during our vibrant music events. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about outstanding service, and
hold a Personal License.
Criteria:
Valid Personal Licence (required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills; GCSE qualifications in English and Maths preferred. Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential. Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
Job Type:
Part-Time, Event-Based (30 hours per week). Flexible hours based on event schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Open the bar, including setting up equipment and ensuring stock is ready for service. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Greet and serve customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner. Provide quick and accurate service behind the bar during events. Change kegs, receive deliveries, and restock the bar as required. Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout shifts. Assist with setup and preparation for large music events. Report any equipment damages or issues promptly. Close the bar, including cashing up, reconciling tills, and securing the premises.

Pay: 12.50-13.90 per hour
Experience:
Bartending: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred)
